Specifically, localized greenhouse gas flux measurements are aimed at quantifying the terrestrial contribution to total global greenhouse gas emissions. For any model, the most fundamental component is accurate measurement of the three principal greenhouse gases, CO2, CH4 and H2O.

The Picarro G2301-f is ideally suited for this task.
